Everything you need to know for a safe, relaxing and fun stay.

Please help us keep Holden Beach RV Campground clean, peaceful, and family-friendly.

The registered guest is responsible for everyone on their site, including visitors, children and pets

  • GENERAL STORE/CAMP STORE HOURS:
    Summer (April - Sept.): Daily 10AM - 5PM Winter (Oct. March): Daily 10AM - 8PM
  • CHECK-IN HOURS:
    Are from 12PM to 9PM during the summer and 12PM to 6PM in the winter. If you're planning to arrive earlier, please give us a call in advance to check availability and arrange an early check-in. There's a small fee of $10 for early check-ins, so be sure to plan accordingly.
  • FOR THOSE ARRIVING BETWEEN 9:00PM AND 10:30PM,
    Your welcome map will be placed in the mailbox at the front of the campground. It will include your name, site number, and a map to your site. However, please note that during this time, we won't be able to provide personal assistance in guiding you to your site. It's important to park your rig responsibly to avoid any accidents or damage to other vehicles or campground property. Any damage caused by parking is the responsibility of the camper.
  • CHECK-OUT:
    By 11AM. We offer contactless checkout; no need to stop at the office. Leave no trace. Late check out may be available (depending on the next reservation) check out by 12:00 for $10 or check out by 2:00 for $25. You must get pre-approval at office that morning.
  • QUIET HOURS / LIGHTS OUT:
    10PM - 8AM. Please allow others to get a good night's sleep.
  • SPEED LIMIT:
    Do not exceed 5 MPH. You will be fined $25 for exceeding this speed limit. Repeat offenders will be asked to leave the campground without refund. You are responsible for your guests.
  • VEHICLES & GOLF CARTS:
    No speeding, reckless, or drunk driving. All vehicles must be registered and insured, be road worthy, be driven on the roadways only, and by a licensed driver. Obey standard traffic rules. (5 MPH)
  • PARKING::
    You will have 1 vehicle parked at or near your site. Parked vehicles must be fully off the road. Overflow parking for vehicles is available in designated areas, first come first serve.
  • No more than 2 pets are allowed per campsite for nightly guests.
  • Pets must be leashed and with a human at all times outside.
  • Aggressive and/or excessively loud dogs will be asked to leave.
  • Always clean up after your pet.
  • Pets are prohibited in bathrooms, in pool, and on Shuttle.
  • Pets may not be left unattended in a tent or on campsite.
  • For the safety and comfort of all guests, dog pens, pet fencing, and enclosed pet areas are not permitted. These restrictions help protect visiting pets from unexpected interactions and preserve the quiet, relaxing atmosphere our guests expect while enjoying the campground.
  • $25 Fine for any violations.
  • VISITORS: :
    Visitors must register at the office and pay a daily fee. All visitors must leave the campground by 10PM unless staying overnight.
  • CHILDREN:
    Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Parents are responsible for their children's behavior and safety.
  • PLAYGROUND:
    Use of the playground is at your own risk. The campground is not responsible for accidents or injuries.
  • All RVs must be in good condition and fully self-contained.
  • RVs must be parked on the designated site. On-site vacancy availability.
  • Speed limit is 5 MPH. Go to the site only. No turning on the road. Use roads, not common areas.
  • Maintain a neat & orderly site at all times. We require a grass mat under awnings and all parking must be paved.
  • Radios, televisions, and speaker systems are permitted at reasonable volumes. Excessive noise that disturbs other guests will not be tolerated.
  • Do not put trash in garbage cans maintain a clean site.
  • Campfires must be in a designated fire ring only.
  • Keep pets on a leash and clean up after them.
  • No clotheslines or clothes of any kind.
  • Relatives & overnight guests (visitors) are not allowed to leave belongings on the site.
  • Failure to comply with these rules may result in being asked to leave without a refund.
  • Pool hours are 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
  • No lifeguard on duty. Swim at your own risk.
  • Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
  • No running, diving, or jumping.
  • No glass containers in the pool area.
  • No food or drinks in the pool.
  • Shower before entering the pool.
  • Appropriate swimwear required.
  • No pets in the pool area.
  • Please keep the pool area clean.
  • Be respectful of other guests and keep noise to a minimum.
  • Management reserves the right to close the pool at any time for maintenance or safety concerns.
  • Failure to follow pool rules may result in loss of pool privileges.
  • Campfires are allowed in fire rings only.
  • Fires must be attended at all times and completely extinguished before leaving the area.
  • Do not move or remove fire rings.
  • Firewood must be purchased locally. Do not bring firewood from outside the area.
  • Do not feed or approach wildlife.
  • Fishing is allowed in designated areas only.
  • All North Carolina Wildlife Resources Commission rules and regulations must be followed.
  • Please help preserve the natural beauty of the campground for everyone to enjoy.
  • Please keep your site and the campground clean.
  • Place all trash in bags and put in the dumpster.
  • Do not leave trash outside your RV or at your site.
  • Help keep the restrooms and showers clean.
  • Laundry facilities are for registered guests only.
  • Please be considerate of others while using these facilities.
  • All changes and cancellations must be made by the registered guest.
  • Changes are subject to availability and may result in a rate adjustment.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • 14+ days or more before arrival: 

   Full refund

  • 7-13 days before arrival:

    50% refund

  • Less than 7 days before arrival:

    Non-refundable

  • Cancellations must be made based on your scheduled arrival date.
  • Early departures do not qualify for a refund.

Please note: Holiday weekends, lock fees, and reservation fees are non-refundable. If you reschedule and later cancel, your original booking date will be used to determine refund eligibility.

For the safety and well-being of all guests,
everyone is expected to act responsibly
and be considerate of others at all times.
Follow all campground rules, posted signs, and staff instructions. Parents and
guardians are responsible for the behavior and safety of their children and visitors.

Guests may receive packages.
Paper mail is not permitted for daily and weekly guests.
A $3.00 per package/letter fee applies to accepting and processing your packages.

Mail systems that require a Suite number may use
the optional STE: “Office”.
Packages will be returned to sender if not picked up after 3 days. We do not offer forwarding services.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, mail addressed incorrectly with campsite numbers or people’s names who are not the registered guest on a reservation, or carriers who indicate mail was delivered which was not delivered.

    Be kind, respectful, and helpful to follow campers and staff.

CAMPER & GUEST REQUIREMENTS

  • Campers must be manufactured in the year 2000 or newer to be eligible for a monthly rate.
  •  Campers older than 15 years old will be inspected by the camp management before approval into the campground. 
  • Mobile homes are not permitted.
  •  Permanent additions (indoor living space, heated square footage) are not permitted. Campers must remain mobile. 
  • Campers must be registered, insured, and titled in the name of the registered guest.
  •  Valid Credit Card information must be on file at all times. 
  • Guests must have a valid driver’s license and own a vehicle. A copy of a driver’s license and camper registration must be provided to the office. 
  • Subletting is not permitted. 
  • We reserve the right to refuse or end reservations and/or eject guests for any reason, at any time, without refund.

AN ATTRACTIVE AND HEALTHY PARK

  • You must be able to pack your camper and campsite yourself in the event of a weather evacuation. 
  • RVs must remain mobile and are not permitted to be placed on blocks/foundations or have tie-down straps. 
  • Keep your site neat and clean. If your site is not kept clean you will be given a notice to clean it within 24 hours. If not addressed, you will be charged a $10 per day fee until resolved.
  •  You must keep the exterior of your RV clean and in good repair and your yard clear of leaves, sticks, etc. If your RV has mold, you must clean/power wash your RV ASAP. If your RV is not kept clean you will be given a notice to clean it within 24 hours. If not addressed, you will be charged a $10 per day fee until resolved.
  •  You must obtain permission before making any alterations or additions to your site, including vegetation. 
  • We do not allow any construction that requires a permit from Brunswick County.
  •  We do not allow any permanent building additions, fences, sheds, porches, or decks. 
  • Small stairs and door-height platforms (not to exceed 4’x5′ or 20 sq ft) are permitted, if you have safety concerns using your standard camper steps. They must be made of treated lumber. It must be temporary, above ground, not on a permanent foundation, not attached to the RV, and on blocks / not touching dirt in any way. We recommend you hire a local handyman/contractor for construction.

MONTHLY PAYMENTS

Accepted Payment Methods: Payments may be made online through your Firefly account, by phone at (910) 842-1809, or in person at the office during regular business hours. 

No Refunds: 

No refunds will be issued for early departure under any circumstances. 

Late Payments & Agreement to Vacate: 

Monthly payments are due on the 1st of each month. Payments received after the 5th will incur a 10% late fee. If payment is not received by the 10th, your reservation will be cancelled, and you agree to vacate the premises upon request. By signing the campground policies, you acknowledge and agree that failure to pay by the 10th of the month constitutes voluntary termination of your stay and authorizes Holden Beach RV Campground to request your immediate departure in accordance with North Carolina law.

Credit Card on File: All guests are required to maintain a valid credit card on file in their online account. This card may be used for rental charges, utility fees, or any unpaid balances. 

Electricity Billing:

  • Sites with electric meters will be billed based on actual consumption. 
  • Sites without electric meters will be charged a flat fee of $75 per month for electricity usage.

PETS

Some visitors enjoy sharing the pleasures of camping with their dogs or cats. To ensure that all guests have a safe and enjoyable experience, we have established some guidelines. 

  • All pets must have proof of current vaccinations. 
  • We do not accept animals with any bite history. 
  • No more than 2 pets are allowed per site with monthly reservations. 
  • Bring the leash. Pets must be kept on leashes with the owner on the other side of the leash when outside. ($25 fine for violations) 
  • Please clean up your pet waste and dispose of it properly. Pet droppings must be picked up immediately, on or off your site. ($25 fine for each violation) 
  • Good behavior is required. Dogs of any breed that are hostile or aggressive will be asked to leave the campground, along with their owners and reservation responsible guest. 
  • Remember manners. Constant barking bothers other campers. If your pet is too vocal, you’ll need to find other accommodations.

For the safety of pets and guests dog fencing is not permitted.
